What is the Entity-First Method?
Definition
The Entity-First Method is JNAbear's three-layer process: research the entities a topic is made of, draft with AI for speed, then edit every page by hand.
The method starts before any writing. Entity research maps what a topic contains, which searches each page should win, and how the pages will link. Only then does AI produce first drafts from that map, which is where it is fastest and least risky. The editorial pass comes last and is not optional: every draft is checked for accuracy, rewritten in the client's voice, and given the first-hand detail and judgment a model cannot supply.
The order is the point. Drafting first and fixing the structure later produces pages that read fine and rank for nothing. Mapping entities first means every page has one job, a clear subject, and a place in its cluster before a word is written. It is also why the time goes into the research and the editing, not the drafting.
